Hello!

I am trying to run PrefixSpan with the GUI you have provided. I've created my own data-set, with the document structure as explained in the documentation.

However, I don't get results at all. After I run the algorithm, the file where the results should be written is empty. What can be causing this problem? I've set the support to be very low (0.00000001) but still no patterns are found (BTW, there are sequential patterns in the file).

What could be the reason for this problem and how do I fix it?

Usually the problem is the input format or the parameter.
