You can download HUI-Miner (2012) which is newer and faster than UPGrowth as well as FHM (2014) which is faster than HUI-Miner from:

http://www.philippe-fournier-viger.com/spmf/

Also you can get the high utility datasets from the "datasets" section of that website for performing experiments.

As said in the other thread, I don't have it and I will not implement these algorithms, since I already implemented the FHM and HUI-Miner algorithms, which are newer and were shown to be faster.

**** IMPORTANT UPDATE ***

Implementations of the UPGrowth and IHUP algorithms for high utility mining are now offered in SPMF, as well as the FHM and HUI-Miner algorithms.
