Hello,
No I don't have it and I don't plan to implement it since UPGrowth was shown to be faster, HUI-Miner was shown to be faster than UPGrowth and FHM was shown to be faster than HUI-Miner.
Therefore, I have no interest in implementing IHUP.
You can get the source code of Two-Phase, HUI-Miner and FHM in the SPMF data mining library. On the download page you can also get the datasets.

Implementations of the UPGrowth and IHUP algorithms for high utility mining are now offered in SPMF, as well as the FHM and HUI-Miner algorithms.
