Ideas on dataset

Hi
I have a dataset that logs all staff movements around a building. At the moment we are just using it to look at arrival-departure times. I'm sure there is something more useful we can do with it. For example linking it with HR records. Beyond basic statistics I'd like to experiment on it using some data mining techniques to try to pull out some interesting patterns. I'm struggling on the kinds of things that could be done with the dataset and wondered if anyone could offer some ideas to get going with.
Any advice much appreciated.
