Overview:

We’re looking for a highly analytical individual to join our expanding data consulting division. You're the type of person that gets excited about driving a customer's success through the insights you can provide to them from analyzing their data. You’ll be responsible for taking large volumes of online data and turning that into the analytic insights our customers need to make better decisions on how they advertise their job openings around the world. You will be responsible for making sense of massive amounts of online advertising data to identify the areas of high performance and provide actionable reports and recommendations to customers to ensure that they are getting the maximum ROI for their online recruiting efforts.

The ideal fit for this position is a person who is passionate about being able to turn data into actionable insights. The person in this role will need to be comfortable and adept in three key areas of data related activity - 1) Extraction and analysis, 2) Interpretation, and 3) Communication and consultation. This person will utilize an array of data tools to extract and analyze recruitment marketing advertising results. The end goal of the analysis is to be able to understand how well a customer's advertising campaigns are performing, and to be able to communicate both the results and recommendations in verbal and written formats. The ideal candidate has experience in a previous client facing role where they have established a "trusted advisor" role with the client where you have recommended a go-forward strategy based on your findings.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform statistical analysis of a customer’s online recruitment advertising; interpret those findings, compare against the aggregated data contained in the eQuest data warehouse, and offer predictive analytical solutions and recommendations on a go-forward basis.
• Serve as a subject matter expert by leveraging industry best practices and data processes and procedures in the social media and job board venues.
• Responsible for increasing client ROI by benchmarking recruitment marketing effectiveness within job board and social media sites to create optimal strategic alignment and brand visibility.
• Manage ongoing multiple customer engagements through telephone and email conversation, providing reporting, feedback, and consultation throughout the customer cycle.
• Consulting includes Quarterly analysis to review topline performance, trend lines and accuracy of predictive recommendations, labor market/geographic studies, mobile response rate analysis, job board effectiveness, zero click audits, cost and funnel analysis, benchmarking and forecasting, application tracking, and social and brand sentiment review.
• Interpretation of all analyses must be done in the context of customer’s marketing objectives to provide the recommendations that are aligned with the customer’s online recruitment marketing strategy.
• Work with Account Management and customers to document future advertising strategies.
• Review data exception reports and work with the respective business area and data architecture team to understand and incorporate the change into the data warehouse.
• Work with internal teams to develop and implement plans for assessing the quality and integration of new data source.
• Help establish and analyze metrics to help prioritize areas for data quality improvement; organize and present recommendations to team leaders.
• Assist with collection of metrics to track data quality and in driving improvement to business priorities.

The Details/Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a proven track record in data analysis and documentation
• BA/BS degree
• Familiarity with basic statistics and at least 5+ years of experience doing data analysis and reporting.
• Direct experience in HR, Talent Acquisition/Recruiting or in a role servicing HR strongly desired. Alternatively, demonstrated previous experience from another industry in data analysis and formulating recommendations for either internal or external customers is required.
• Experience in creating metrics and performing the analysis to assess the performance of campaign strategies and tactics desired.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills required - i.e. must be able to analyze data, draw conclusions and make recommendations based on the reports and trends in the data. Written reports provide insight into what’s driving traffic and conversions, and explain the analysis and conclusions.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with reporting, data modeling, and data visualization tools - i.e. Access, Tableau, QlikView, Domo, etc.
• Must be able to manipulate web data (i.e. media response data, social sentiment, etc.), and off line data and client data and to develop the management reporting
• Very organized with high attention to detail
• Strong team-oriented leadership skills; able to frame issues and recommendations
• Self-directed with a passion for data governance and data quality
• Ability to interact with all levels of business as well as technical staff
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must be customer service focused with internal and external clients
