Data mining question - Classification

Greeting -

Can you please tell me steps and what type of classification to use for the
following question:

Your client is a major luxury watch manufacturer. They have come up with a brand new model called the I-watch and they want to target the watch for young, rich individuals. Besides having their own company databases, the company purchased a large collection of databases containing historic information about people, their attributes, and what they buy. They want to use data mining to help sell their new model. Describe in detail a comprehensive step-by-step data mining procedure you would follow if you were given this task.

It sounds like an homework.

I would suggest to try to do the homework by yourself and THEN to ask to discuss your solution rather than asking that we do the homework for you.
