1) For the code of TKU, I can send you a link to download the source code by e-mail, or you may contact the main author of that paper who is Cheng-Wei Wu. If you ask him about the code of TKUbase, maybe he can send it to you.

For the discount strategies, you can check that paper:

Lin, J. C. W., Gan, W., Fournier-Viger, P., Hong, T. P., Tseng, V. S. (2016). Fast Algorithms for Mining High-Utility Itemsets with Various Discount Strategies. Advanced Engineering Informatics, 30(2): 109-126.

You may contact the main author who is Chun-Wei Lin to re quest for any information about that paper (datasets, etc.).

For the negative unit profit, you can get the source code of the FHN algorithm on the SPMF website, as well as datasets:

Yes, there are several other extensions. For example, the following paper (in press), is about top-k on-shelf high utility itemsets

Actually, you can combine many topics with top-k high utility itemsets to create new topics.
