Question about SPMF results.

Hello,
I have applied both the fp-growth algorithm and the apriori algorithm to generate association rules for a dataset. However, I am getting a total different results for the two algorithm. Is it correct?

In theory, results should be the same.
What parameters have you used? What dataset? If you send me the data, I can check it. My e-mail is philfv8 AT yahoo.com
By the way, note that if the input format is incorrect, it is possible that the algorithms would not generate the correct result because of this.
