Generating a STRATIFIED test- and trainingset in WEKA

Hello everyone,
I would kindly like to know how to generate a stratified test- and trainingset in WEKA. I personally think the filter weka.filters.supervised.instance.Resample is the correct one to use (using the same seed and reapplying the filter on the original dataset twice).
If this isn't the correct way to create a stratified split please let me know.
I'm using WEKA 3.8.2 for Windows.
