good library for matrix operations in Java?

Is there some fast Library for doing the matrix operations (multiplication, factorization...)in Java or Python?

You can have a look at Efficient Java Matrix Library (EJML). I did not use it. But I had a quick look at the website. Maybe it can do what you want.

COLT has many matrix operations implemented in Java. License is quite permissive.
