ICGEC 2019 is the 11th International Conference on Genetic and Evolutionary Computing. The

All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be published by
Springer in the series of Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing (AISC, EI). Selected
papers of the conference will be invited for further extensions and after peer-review, will be
published in a Special Issue of Journal of Information Hiding and Multimedia Signal Processing
(JIHMSP, EI) or Data Science and Pattern Recognition (DSPR) journal.
