File Not Found Exception

Professor,
I am trying the MainTestCompareSequencePredictionModels.java. Professor, I downloaded the SIGN, FIFA datasets into the local drive. I am trying to change the given statment
Evaluator evaluator = new Evaluator("/home/ted/java/IPredict/datasets"
;
to Evaluator evaluator = new Evaluator("C:/Users/Gina/Documents/datasets"; in which the sIGN dataset is saved.
However, I am coming across error FileNotFoundException. Kindly help.
