Sequential patterns in software engineering data

HELLO

I want to discover the sequential patterns in software code from GitHub. Can we mine the sequential patterns in this data to find something interesting? Do you have some code to help me?

I think you can do that since the source code is just a sequence of programming keywords, which is naturally a sequence in sequential pattern mining.

Just google "pattern discovery in software defect detection", you can find several relevant papers.
