Release very large graph datasets for frequent subgraph mining

Hi All,

I have released new 6 very large graph datasets for frequent subgraph mining. They can be downloaded at:
https://github.com/nphdang/GE-FSG/tree/master/data

These datasets are already formatted in the same format as gSpan, so they are ready for any frequent subgraph mining algorithm.

These datasets are very large, some of them have up to 12K graphs.

Hi @Philippe,
It would be great if you could add these new datasets to the SPMF library software.

Cheers,
Dang Nguyen

Hi Dang,

That is great. Thanks for sharing. I will add them to the dataset page.

I think that it will be very useful for the researchers on subgraph mining!

Best regards,

Philippe
