Call for Special Sessions (IEA AIE 2021)
The 34th International Conference on Industrial, Engineering & Other Applications of Applied Intelligent Systems (IEA AIE 2021) invites proposals for special sessions on specific research sub-areas related to artificial intelligence and applications.
Each special session will be held during the conference, and will consists of a set of papers.
All accepted papers in special sessions will be published in the main conference proceedings by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science series.
The organizers of a special session are expected to help promote the call for papers of their session, and manage the review process of their session. Each paper should be reviewed by at least three reviewers, and papers should meet the requirements of the main conference.
The review process of each special session will be performed through the main conference paper management system, as a special track of the main conference.
The organizers of a special sessions will submit their recommendations about accepted papers to the Program Chair of the conference, which will take the final decision about the acceptance of papers.
Special session proposals should be sent to Philippe Fournier-Viger (philfv8@yahoo.com ) and Nor Azura Mohd Ghani (azura@tmsk.uitm.edu.my) no latter than the 25th September 2020.
A proposal should indicate:
- Title of the special session
- Name of the organizers and affiliations
- General description of the special session scope
- List of topics
- Proposed Session Program Committee (to be invited)
