I see. So from what I understand, the client wants a tool to analyze text data. But there are many things that can be done with text data.
If you know the goal (e.g. sentiment analysis, translation, etc.), maybe it could help to recommend some tool.

Thank you again for responding. They would probably need it for both, sentiment analysis and translation.
For now, I am just wondering if this can we done with data in different languages and translated into English.
