Hi all,
We have recently published a paper about using artificial intelligence and data mining techniques to analyze the COVID19 genome of different strains.
We have used techniques from SPMF such as sequential pattern mining, sequence predictions models, itemset mining, and some new algorithm for mutation analysis.
