SPMF 2.45 - A NEW VERSION WITH 4 MORE ALGORITHMS + COVID19 dataset

Hi all,
This is to let you know that a new version of SPMF is out (v. 2.45) .
There are four new algorithms:
- CLH-Miner for mining cross-level high utility itemsets (thanks to Bay Vo et al. for the efficient implementation)
- FHUQI-Miner, state-of-the-art algorithm for mining high utility quantitative itemsets (by Mourad Nouioua et al.)
- POERM and POERM-ALL algorithms for mining partially ordered episode rules in a sequence of events (by Yangming Chen et al. )
Those are the state-of-the-art algorithms for these problems published in 2020-2021. Thus, if you are student or researcher, you can use them for your research. Datasets are also available on the webpage of SPMF to run experiments with these algorithms.
By the way on the website of SPMF, we have added a COVID-19 sequence dataset that can be used for sequential pattern mining and sequential rule mining (see the corresponding paper for details).
Moreover, some new datasets are added for high utility quantitative itemset mining (to be used with FHUQI-Miner and VHUQI).
Thanks again to all users of SPMF for your support!
There will be some other release of SPMF in the coming weeks... There are already 5 to 10 algorithms which are waiting to be integrated in SPMF :-)
