SPMF 2.46 - the NOSEP algorithm

Hi all,

This is to let you know that a new version of SPMF has been released (2.46), which included a Java version of the original NOSEP algorithm for discovering non-overlapping sequential patterns in sequences. The implementation was provided by the team of Prof. Youxi Wu.
