SPMF 0.88 - new version: MISApriori

Hello everyone,
This is to let you know that a new version of SPMF data mining platform is out!
There are two new algorithms in this version:
- MISApriori for mining itemsets with multiple support thresholds. It has been implemented by Azadeh Soltani.
Besides that, I have fixed a small bug in the red-black tree implementation and in TRuleGrowth. I have also fixed a bug in Cluster.java (thanks to F. Jafari for the bug report). I have also added a version of BIDE+ and TRuleGrowth that uses strings as input instead of integers.
Hope you enjoy the new version!
By the way, if some of you are interested to contribute some source code to this project (some algorithm implementation that I have not implemented yet), let me know. I could add your name as programmer in the project.
