Hi, Thank you for the help. The problem was with how I was specifying minsup, adding % solved it.

2. Apriori not working
Hi, First, thank you for this software, I appreciate the hard work. I've downloaded SPMF V0.94b and I'm trying to run Apriori on "contextPasquier99.txt" but doesn't seem to work. I have tried with various support values but still no luck. It only works for 0 support value. Can anyone let me know what I'm doing wrong here. Regards
