Thanks for your reply. I tried with larger minsup such as 0.008, 0.1 it run oke. But I need minsup is small. I tried with more maximum memory but that still not work. I don't understand your comment: "set the constraints on the maximum size of antecedent and consequent of rules!" And can't find any parameter to set it in spmf's documentation. Or spmf has any algorithm for this iss

I use this code: java -jar spmf.jar run FPGrowth_association_rules transaction.txt output.txt 0.1% 60% This return error: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM warning: INFO: os::commit_memory(0x00007f285c000000, 156430761984, 0) failed; error='Not enough space' (errno=12) My data have 23,000 transactions
